In line with Department of Education guidelines that all schools must have commenced a self-evaluation by 2025 we have been working on this area since 2023. With the support of Oide we engaged in seminars and received direct school support in this area. We surveyed our parents, students and staff in line with Department of Education best practice in the areas of
1. Culture and Environment
2. Curriculum (Teaching & Learning)
3. Policy and Planning
4. Relationships and partnerships
The survey results were overwhelmingly positive and we would like to thank all our partners for such positive affirmation.
A team was formed to analyse the results of the survey and to address any key areas for action. The following is the plan in graphical format.
